Dr. Zachary Dreyfuss serves as Executive Vice President of Clinical Services at Exceed Healthcare, where he leads clinical strategy, program development, and the expansion of care delivery models across the organization. A critical care physician and experienced healthcare leader, Dr. Dreyfuss brings extensive expertise in ICU operations and a strong focus on scaling high-acuity care through both in-person and virtual platforms. He plays a key role in advancing Exceed Healthcare’s Virtual Care program and expanding its national clinical footprint.
Dr. Dreyfuss joined Exceed Medical as a Critical Care Physician in 2018 and was appointed Regional Medical Director in 2023, overseeing ICU operations across multiple health systems. His leadership has been instrumental in driving clinical quality, operational consistency, and growth across diverse care settings while supporting the integration of technology-enabled care models.
Dr. Dreyfuss earned his bachelor’s degree from Rice University and his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. During his time there, he also obtained a Master of Public Health in Tropical Medicine through the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine at UT Health San Antonio.
